Leadership Competencies Workshops 

The Leadership Mindset™ Competency Building Seminars draw on the works, theory, and teachings of Stephen M.R. Covey, Kerry Patterson, Al Switzler, Joseph Grenny, and Ron McMillan, all considered among the gold standard in leadership development today.

Designed to increase leadership effectiveness, each seminar in the series features a fast-tracked, efficient program of informative material, opportunity to practice and apply new skills, and take-home materials participants can put to use in their workplaces immediately.

Teaching tools include explanatory text, PowerPoint presentations, exercises, examples, data templates, role-playing, and administration of the Myers-Briggs Temperament Instrument. Each seminar is 2-3 hours in length, and participants are required to complete 1-1.5 hours of homework for each class.
