Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in human and organizational development services with a track record of success, including 6 references
- Certification in administration of tools such as the Myers Briggs Temperament Instrument, emotional intelligence, and culture surveys
- Passion for human and organizational development
- Interest in developing long-term client relationships
- Completion of two-day training course
Becoming a coach
Upon completion of all requirements, consultants become partners, able to offer leadership succession expert advisement, training, coaching and facilitation to companies within their specified industry and geographic territory, renewable on a yearly basis.
